DIE WAND/WANDBEFALL Volkstheater Wien

Die Wand // Wandbefall is a sharp, darkly humorous stage piece inspired by Elfriede Jelinek’s text Die Wand, directed by Olivia Axel Scheucher. Performed in the intimate Dunkelkammer space at Volkstheater Wien, the production explores themes of isolation, bodily autonomy, and female subjectivity—using Jelinek’s language as both weapon and refuge. I was responsible for the video recording of the performance, working closely with the theater’s media team to capture its dense visual atmosphere and shifting spatial dynamics.
